All I'm going to say about coffee is it did a great job in helping me lose weight when I had it instead of a meal.
Didn't matter the brand/blend.

It works. You won't eat until lunch, at the least.

It'll "help" weightloss if that's the only thing you're taking in in the morning. And eat a paleo style diet. Taking in a whole bunch of fat first thing in the morning wont help shite if you're eating pizza for lunch and fried chicken at night.

I've been doing it for a couple months now. I haven't lost much weight yet bc I'm still eating breakfast with it but I definitely notice that I feel better.

I'll tell you what works best. Try consuming less than maintenance calories and workout/be more active. Everyone looking for these dumbass "secrets" and shortcuts to weightloss

How would adding a shite ton of calories to coffee help you lose weight?
There is no magic bullet. Eat less. Lose weight.

I always wanted to do this with the natural butter and stuff. I just didn't want to pay for the bulletproof coffee
Having said that, I did try it with coffee that wasn't as high quality as that and it was delicious and a good way to start the day.

I only use it for energy/endurance and it works in that regard. It does make me kind of full too

I usually eat at McDonald's for breakfast, Burger King for lunch, Subway for dinner, and, of course, fourth meal at Taco Bell. Since switching to this bulletproof coffee, I still haven't seen any losses.

It's fake. Joe Rogan had the owner on and was buying into it and then a couple of shows later after he researched it he bashed the hell out of it

So more caffeine, butter, and saturated fat in place of a meal. Did I just read an article online, correctly?
It's like people thinking atkins diet is actually healthy. "Hey guys, I'm gonna eat a pound of bacon for breakfast with two eggs. Can't eat fruit though, too many carbs!"

The best method for me losing weight is blending a fruit/vegetable smoothie on my nutribullet for at least two meals a day, running at least 10 miles a week, and doing strength training twice a day
I also swim/snorkel, hike and go rock climbing every now and then. The more time you spend outdoors, the better! I can't say anything on the coffee as I don't drink it. Good luck

I lost 20 lbs years ago by:
1. Not eating so much junk, and not eating so much, and
2. Exercising more.
I have kept the weight off by:
1. Not eating so much junk, and not eating so much, and
2. Exercising more.
Putting butter in my coffee sounds delicious though.

I read about bulletproof coffee. It seemed like the guy took a plausible idea and created an expensive product with it to make money.
I did stop putting any sugar/sweetener in my regular coffee, and put butter/ coconut oil or heavy cream. It holds me up til lunch allowing me to me skip breakfast.
I lost 5 pounds. But I also ate more vegetables, less refined starches, started lifting and trained for a short triathlon about that time. I feel way better than I did at the end of 2014 and attribute it all to the coffee.
