Built by Steve Olivier as a spec. He also has another one on Cedardale in Southdowns. Apparently, no one has offered him his price, so he lets them sit.

Such is life.

I think it's cloverdale if it's the house I'm thinking of. The one with the sculpture out front?

That's interesting. Are you saying that as speculation or do you have inside information that no one has met his price?

I've got to think from an investment standpoint that he's losing money just letting the house sit and depreciate. I mean, it looks like shite right now and no one has bought it in forever. I'm surprised he isn't selling at a reduced price right now...

Yep. Passed that thing everyday for a couple of years - what a waste...
