Using email would reveal their extraordinary incompetence.
AT&T for Small Business, Suck Ratio- off the charts.
Wells Fargo Home Lending, Suck Ratio- medium, but moving up.

I can't believe the number of companies I deal with that still want to fax things to my office. It seems so archaic.

new frontier is twitter. Email is old school, I am still surprised by people not wanting to use email but companies that don't embrace communicating via social media are going to be left behind post haste in the next 5 years.
