You're goddamn right a financial criminal can have a low bail. Has he hurt anyone? Been suspected of hurting anyone? Nope.

What amazes me the most about the bike other than the sound and power though is how light it handles. It looks like a big heavy tank but it handles so freaking smooth. And the sound system is great as well. When you hit a good stretch of highway you can just turn on that cruise control, sit back, listen to your tunes and enjoy the ride.
The last major chassis upgrade in 2008 made all the difference in the world. I ride a CVO Road Glide Ultra and the handeling is phenominal for a ride its size. My wife and I turn around 15,000 miles a year on it and it's

Somebody who's lost their life savings to a scam would disagree with you about being hurt.

Waco is going to have a lot of explaining to do when the ballistics results show 5.56 rounds caused all or most of the deaths.

Case about to be blown wide open
That doesn't sound to good for the city of Waco or the officers involved

It sounds like what I suspected happened all along. I also find it highly interesting that it was an undercover cop that pushed for the Cossacks to go there and confront the Banditos in the first place.

Yeah this is going to be a circus before it's over and done

Looks like some in the mainstream media are starting to wake up and ask questions.....
Waco police seeking to bar information about Texas biker shooting
And look at this report...
The report even says these guys were just sitting on a grassy area and their only apparent crime was wearing MC patches... and they weren't even from either the Banditos or Cossacks. These guys were literally jsut sitting there and got arrested for nothing.

As questions remain unanswered about the last month’s deadly biker rampage in Waco, Texas, police there are trying to clamp down on public information about the case.
The move as scrutiny intensifies over the Waco Police Department’s handling of the sensational shootout that killed nine bikers, injured 18 and saw an unprecedented 175 people arrested and charged with engaging in organized crime.
By law, crime and arrest reports containing basic data — information such as a detailed description of the offense and the name and a description of the victim — have to be provided.
While some details about the dead, including identities, have trickled out, officials have been slow to provide information through documented reports as required by Texas Public Records Act.
Documents that have been released to Yahoo News appear to hap-hazardously redacted. Even though required by law, the names of arresting officers are omitted. But the identities, addresses and other contact information of suspect’s next-of-kin are prevalent.
The melee unfolded during the lunch-hour as hundreds of bikers descended on the Twin Peaks restaurant for a regional motorcycle club meeting.
Still unknown is where each victim was killed and by whom. Officers have acknowledged firing on armed bikers, but it is not clear how many of the dead were shot by gang members and how many were shot by officers.
Yahoo News submitted a written request on May 19 for reports related to the nine people who were shot and killed at the Twin Peaks restaurant.
On Wednesday, the Waco City Attorney’s office asked the Texas Attorney General for permission to withhold the records from Yahoo News and other media outlets that have made similar requests.

These three...For sure...?

Was it all local police that did this? No FEDs involved?

The report is right there. Did you not read it? It's right the in black and white in the cops own words. They arrived and saw three males sitting in a grassy area of the parking lot. It also states they were wearing leather vests with MC patches. I've read the report like three times now and for the life of me I can't see where it lists any actual crime these three individuals committed. Do you see something there that I'm missing?

Every report I've come across states it was Waco PD, including SWAT with I think some county and state troopers as well.
In the last video update from the lawyer in LV, it's now being claimed the Waco PD had an undercover cop inside the Cossacks MC and it was him that pushed the notion of going to this meeting to confront the Banditos. Go watch the video, it's linked just a few posts back.

I don't see, what you do...
It says the officer interviewed these three, not that they were arrested...

They were in jail
ETA: they are out now
quote:
Garcia, along with two other men from the Austin area, bonded out of jail Monday on lesser charges. Garcia and 27-year-old Jim Harris, of Austin, were taken back into custody Tuesday after the two turned themselves in at the federal courthouse in Austin. The third man, 31-year-old Drew King, of Dripping Springs, also turned himself in to Travis County authorities. Bond for each of the men is set at $1 million.

Read the link to the Yahoo News story.....
quote:
Take for example the arrests of Drew King, James Harris and Juan Carlos Garcia, an engineer with Austin’s Public Works Department.
While it is unclear what has been redacted from the report, the narrative states that the arresting officer “noticed three males sitting in a grassy area located in the parking lot in front of Cabela’s all wearing motorcycle vests.”
On another page, the officer writes in all caps, “All arrested subjects are self-admitted gang members of the Grim Guardian out of Slaughter Creek, Texas.”
King, Harris and Garcia were charged with engaging in organized crime. Like the 175 other bikers, their bail was initially set at $1 million. The three men were released last Friday after a judge agreed to reduce the amount to $25,000.
Those guys sat in jail from May 16 until May 29. That's one day shy of 2 weeks in jail and even the incident reports says all the cops saw them doing was sitting in the fricking grass. And they're still only out on bail. They still are facing charges of "engaging in organized crime".

So are you finally starting to see why the official cop story being fed to the public is looking more and more like pure bullshite and a huge coverup of a massacre?
