Funny man. We just want to go some place together before our baby comes. Last time we will be able to go on a trip just relax, just the two of us and not worry about another living person. It's pretty common, however not all people call it a "babymoon". I'm simply calling that because she does.

Is she wanting this? I understand different strokes for different folks, but going away on a "babymoon" or whatever the hell that is would have been the last thing I wanted to do while pregnant.
Wait until baby is 6+ months old, get a babysitter, then take her out to get drunk and have crazy hotel sex.
This is what I was wondering too.
Natchez is lovely but I don't know if I would have been up for a day of standing on my feet touring homes when I was seven months pregnant. I was that far along when I had a crying breakdown in Ikea after a two hour solo trip through their rat maze of a store. I realized like 30 seconds after I paid that a lamp was broken. I went to customer service to see if they could swap out for an unbroken one and the lady said that they would refund but I would have to get the lamp myself. Considering where the lamps were, we were talking about another 20 minutes of walking and I just couldn't do it. I cried and looked pathetic enough that they brought a lamp to me.
I agree about taking a trip six months after, that would have been awesome!

Tangent but you know what I would have done more of before baby? Go to the movies. My husband and I hardly do that anymore since it involves getting a babysitter and if we are doing that, we are going OUT, not wasting it on some movie that might suck.

Forget it dude. You are still out of the saddle for a while.

There's no reason to take a vacation with a big fat pregnant chick. Send your wife to the spa for the weekend and get a room at the holiday inn with you girlfriend

Take her to the the Florabama so she can see what real men are like.

It's an even shorter flight
i'm sure it is, considering a plane is faster than a car.... but that's pretty obvious...

Mainly cause I avoid baton rouge traffic but you are correct, planes are faster than cars

Wherever you decide don't do Disney! We were surprised with a week in Disney with our first son. She was 7 months pregnant. After 3 days of walking parks she was so swollen and miserable she demanded a day of nothing but rest by the pool!
We just returned from the Judge Porter House B&B in Natchitoches. It was great and very relaxing. Great small town with nice shopping and food.
