How will Disney and ESPN survive? It seems every time that ESPN loses a personality they come back with a better replacement than what they just lost.

First it was Mees, then Olberman, then Patrick, and now Simmons. People will bang the doors down for a gig with the company and it's ability to reach the masses.

I always thought that Grantland was owned by Disney, but employed Simmons as part of his project when they hired him in 2011.

I wouldn't say they end up with better talent but agree it won't matter to them like all the others they've lost.
