A doomsday movie
I can't think of a much worse choice. What happens? Does he just massacre the innocents and then get trapped in the end? Doomsday to me is wholly uninteresting, and anyone could come up with that character. If he didn't kill Superman, no one would give a damn about him. The best villains aren't defined by a single action they've done. They're defined by their personality and their relationship to the hero. Doomsday and Superman have no relationship to speak of; they just fight.

And next to Magneto: Nazi Hunter, I'd go with Luthor and his rise to the top. Make it something between Wall Street and the Godfather. Could be pretty damn legit.

What about a Lobo space romp? That could be fun.
