I'd have to write out some kind of contract where I'd never be required to pay child support. There's all kinds of scenarios where they could hit you up for child support if you did this

Can't contract around child support. It is a 'benefit' to the child not the parent. The attempt at a contract would not be enforceable and you could be hit for support.

Any such contract is null and void. According to every state law, you technically don't owe the mother -- you owe the child and the mother can't sign away her child's "right" to child support.

There was a Pennsylvania case a few years back where a judge ordered a sperm bank to open up its records -- the sperm bank had told its "donors" that their identities would be confidential ALWAYS -- so that any "mother" who wanted to could get the name of the donor to sue for child support.


So, NO, don't do it. Even at an anonymous sperm bank.
