Before suggestions, I'm curious about a few things.
-how small and rural is your town?
-do you have to live there? If so, why?
-how old are you?
-do you have pets or would you consider one? If not, why not?
-when you say tech what do you mean: mechanical/physical tech, or computer/theoretical tech? Do you like plaing w gadgets?

Regardless of your answers I do agree w starting yoga. It is proven to have multiple benefits on well being.

Find some kind of artwork that gives you pleasure...
Woodworking, Painting, Sculpting.

I've been on a bit of a gardening kick as well.

Any kind of physical activity is good for the mind and body.

Also, charity work makes you feel good about yourself. Become a Big Brother. You will get just as much out of it as the one you mentor.

I want to say thanks to everybody. Yesterday I did something I wasn't proud of and even thinking about it was so wrong. I started to think about my grandma and if I did that it would honestly kill her.

I appreciate the input guys. I got a nice list of things to put an idea too. The wood working would be perfect but I don't have that type of equipment.. I need to build a desk for my set up. It was to much of a pain to get my old one into the new house
