7.3 struck near mt everest/chinese border

I just saw this on the news.

Like you said, these people can't catch a break.

I couldnt imagine that happening twice in such a short period.

Those people will probably be walking on egg shells for a little while thinking they'll get the hat trick with these dirty devils of an earth tremor.

Unfortunate, but not a surprise. Aftershocks, some quite large, are to be expected.

Now being reported that at least 36 are dead and nearly 1000 injured.

There is a girl in my medical school class that is from Nepal and her family lives in Kathmandu. She was 15 minutes late and the professor called her out this morning. The look on the professor's face when she told him she had been up for hours trying to get a ahold of her family was priceless. She said that she got an email from her family and her family was fine except for her brother having a broken arm, but the death toll was up to around 100.
