I think R'evolution should be at the top of your list. It's in the FQ and it's very relaxing. It's not a fast meal. It's more of a dining experience. There's not too long a wait between courses, but they certainly aren't served on top of each other. It's been a very relaxing dining experience for me on both visits and I would go back in a heartbeat. Tell them it's an anniversary when you make the reservation and you'd prefer a somewhat secluded table rather than in the main dining room. We ate in the back overlooking the patio last month and there were only about 3 tables, I think in that section up against the windows. It's off the main dining room, but it's pretty far away from the tables in there.

Didn't see this earlier.

This actually thrusts Meauxbar to the front, IMO.

It's got a bit of a casual vibe and it's much smaller then Rev.

Check out their menu OP. It's not mentioned a ton here, but it's very good. First rate cocktails, and very good food. Plus you don't have to deal with the crap at the front of the quarter. It's on rampart.
