I'm not saying limited funds as in limited funds in the budget. There are limited funds in the pockets of students who have to pay for their education.

which is why this was voted on by the students. It is a student life facility.
Students chose to spend their money on this. It is not your job to decide what they should deem important.
And physical health is important whether you want to admit it or not.
Also, that doesn't really go with what you were replying to
