That would end up being hilarious if that happened. Brady would destroy the NFL in court.

Actually he wouldn't. I think there are terms in the CBA that allow for discipline for refusal to help in an investigation. I don't know if he can be suspended a whole season, but he can be disciplined. The bounty players won in court because there wasn't language dealing with bounties in the CBA.
