Agreed. But there are a bunch of freaking idiots on this board as this thread proves.
And worst performance in a BCS title game? Guess that guy missed the USC/Oklahoma game, the Nebraska/Miami game, and the Bama/Notre Dame game.

Nope. There were four others before that one.
1908: 10-0-0
1933: 7-0-3
1936: 9-0-1
1958: 10-0-0
Also, there were some others when we only played a few games...
1895: 3-0-0
1896: 6-0-0
1898: 1-0-0
1905: 3-0-0

Might want to tell that to the coaching staff. It has hung over them like a cloud ever since, especially in each Alabama game. Miles outcoached the frick out of himself in that 2012 game at home.
