Does the letter "C" in Colorado's flag stand for Cannibus? It's like an advert.
Arizona, New Mexico, South Carolina, Alaska, those are amongst my favorites.
In 2006 Louisiana slightly legally altered the state flag's design to call out the three drops of blood on the Pelican's breast. The Legislature had nothing else to do in 2006?
