First College basketball game I went to he played in. I saw the original Triplets play. Advantages living in college town and going to school with coaches sons.
My first college football game was a 1 vs 3 or 1 vs 2 game. Texas had Earl Campbell vs Arkansas. I had no idea who the big guy running with the ball at the time was.
My first road college basketball game was in 81 in New Orleans Superdome, Regional Semi LSU vs Arkansas yeah I wasn't quite sure what to think of what I was seeing in the stands

Arkansas had a great team that year.Ron Brewer,Marvin Delph,Sidney Moncrief.
