When you consider Flynn's bio from his LSU days, he's done extremely well for himself. No big stats or honors, but he did get both SEC and NC rings. Now he's gotten his time in the NFL & has earned his pension money, got that $36M check from Seattle, and his annual salaries have always been in the $1M a year range. And has never embarrassed either himself or his teams, LSU & the pros.

I know it's cliche, but he is better than at least a half dozen starting QBs - that's why talent isn't the only thing you need - you also need to be in the right place at the right time.
