Some people are saying they hate the direction of the Joker. I think he will evolve over time throughout the movies. In many renditions he starts out as a "street punk" but becomes a criminal mastermind over time.

Problem with this is if Batman v Superman is in the same universe as Suicide Squad, then Joker just started becoming a thug and isnt even a mastermind yet and Batman is already old and past his prime.

That would annoy the shite out of me.

But i am still excited about this. Leto's Joker looks like it will be an awesome rendition.

I think they're going with an older Batman, but I wouldn't call him past his prime. He's not 60 like in The Dark Knight Returns. Maybe more like 45. Although I do like the things I've seen from Batman in this universe, I am interested to see how they approach that.

I am digging the look they gave Killer Croc. So glad they didn't use CGI for it. The rest of the characters look really good as well.

I agree - i don't get the hate for Leto's Joker.

people need to accept that no matter who else makes a joker, it won't touch Heath's - and that's ok.

people just need to accept that its a different tone than the batman films, so adapting the character for this movie is completely acceptable.
