Mayweather is American and the other guy isn't, so how could anyone pull for Pac? You communists.
I didn't watch the fight because I couldn't give two shits about two grown men choosing to punch one another senseless, but I am glad the American won regardless.

Explain to me why you're such a huge fan of this guy? I am genuinely curious.

did ANYONE think this would end without judges being questioned? WWE has mastered the controversial endings in big fights, boxing has become nothing better than the WWE

I never had it as a good vs evil bc Manny is no saint either. I do feel as though Mayweather is this bigger piece of shite and his arrogance rubs me the wrong way, so of course I'd love to see him get his head knocked off. Fight went exactly how I expected, but I am not into his style at all. I don't see a fight like that being interesting to a casual fan either. Although I respect his brilliance defensively, the primitive side of me wants to see the blood and huge punches, I think that's natural. Maybe its a lot of these Mayweather fans that make me dislike him more, not the true ones that can appreciate his tactics, but those that look at his record and materialistic lifestyle and see him as a god when they've probably never seen him fight. He talks the fight of a man that beats the ever living frick out of people, but his actual fighting speaks a different language. I don't get the appeal, unless you're a fan of the small, tactical things.

Funny you say that bc PacMan was pretty classless after the fight esp compared to how Mayweather was last night

I won't disagree with Pac acting like a sore loser.

This fight Mayweather seemed to do a 180 and was way more serious about everything in the run up.

bullshite.
What fight were you watching. He threw just as many punches as paq and landed twice as much if not more. Paq hit a lot of air and gloves
He's a boxer not a fighter. Nothing wrong with that.
He won in my opinion 9 of the 12 rounds.
Anyone who thought paq was going to win used their emotions not their logic

Paq didn't even come close to winning three consecutive rounds.

Yeah everytime there was a flurry by paq that ended up hitting Floyd's gloves there were loud cheers. Much like the de la Hoya or hatton fight
Floyd cruised to victory and it wasn't close

I'm assuming the crowd went nuts for every Pac punch landed.
No, they went nuts everytime he threw punches. It didnt matter if they landed, (which was rarely), or not.

Lets be honest.
Paq's most difficult opponent prior to Floyd was jmm. Jmm is a similar fighter to Floyd but isn't as big strong quick or athletic. What did people think was going to happen?
The rounds paq did win Floyd changed his gameplan and confused him. Did people not see that?

I have been a boxing fan for years -- grew up watching guys like Hagler, Hearns, Boom Boom Mancini, Buddy McGirt, Pinklon Thomas, John the Beast Mugabi, Wilbert the Vampire Johnson, etc. I watched last night's fight and scored each round as I saw it. In the end I had it 116-112 in favor of Floyd, and that was being generous to Manny. The only people I see complaining are those who simply don't like Floyd, and those who really wanted Manny to win and are now in denial. The fight wasn't really close, and Floyd won fair and square. Like it not, dodging and "running" are part of the sport of boxing. Stick and move, stick and move. May weathers fights tend to be boring because he isn't a heavy hitter, but instead he has a gameplan and he methodically picks his opponent apart, just like last night. Manny was seldom able to unleash the flurries he's known for, while Floyd jabbed him at will and kept him at bay.
This isn't "Rocky" -- no way was Floyd going to stand toe-to-toe and trade punches. That rarely happens. If you want that, go watch Hagler-Hearns or one of the Holyfield-Bowe wars.
