I've got to where I prefer my food with less seasoning. I'd rather taste the food than the seasoning

My diet is actually like that dude in the picture.

Every morning I eat about 3 eggs, turkey bacon (or centercut bacon), steel cut oats or ezekiel bread.

The rest of the day it's brown rice or quinoa, ground lean sirloin/chicken/fish/turkey/pork, and vegetables.

Other stuff too, of course, but that's the staple generally.

Needless to say, my wife eats out a lot.

Exactly.

My current diet is pretty good. I just need to restart my workout schedule.

I start the morning with a green shake of spinach, bananas, green apples, carrots, blueberries, nuts, and a little protein.

I eat yogurt when I get to work a couple hours later.

I eat an early "lunch" salad: spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, celery, cucumbers, and Mexican Villa hot sauce with a small salmon filet.

I have more yogurt and/or kashi cereal with skim milk in the afternoon.

My wife likes to be in control of dinner but she's pretty good about planning it. We usually have chicken breasts or thinly sliced steaks with quinoa and perhaps some fresh veggies or fruit.

I eat this food every damn day and I love it! A long time ago I reached a point where I truly enjoy eating healthy. Crap food isn't even appetizing anymore.
