No, the team has not gotten better over the last three years.
If CJJ was a great coach, he would have pulled Jordan Mickey who is a good player but turned into a complete basket case after missing five straight free throws, two field goals (including a lay-up) and he gave up the game-winning shot. He should have pulled him after the fifth missed free throw. Demons were in that poor kids head. Even the announcers could see it. Not CJJ, of course.

LSU has improved every year under CJJ - in overall record, conference record, in postseason bids, in recruiting. It's ridiculous to say the team hasn't gotten better.
The 3 seasons prior to CJJ LSU was:
11-20 (2-14)
11-21 (3-13)
18-15 (7-9) (NIT)
LSU has since gone:
19-12 (9-9)
20-14 (9-9) (NIT)
22-11 (11-7) (NCAA)
I don't understand how LSU fans thought Coack K was hired at LSU.

Stick to mock schedules
Trent left us in blackhole recruiting wise and we were a shite program. We've improved every year and made the NCAAT. That is meeting and exceeding expectations when he was hired.
Now we have the #1 recruiting class in the country coming in to build on that. LSU is becoming a bigger name, but yea, he deserves to be fired.
