Beanie babies are actually worth money?
Only the ones that exist in small quantities, like those that had a production run of a couple hundred units. Maybe some that were part of original production and then "retired" (that was part of the company's business model to artificially control supply and give the illusion of value). You can find lists online of the most valuable ones. But "value" is obviously dependent on finding the right buyer, and the only buyers would be people who just like beanie babies, have money, and want a complete collection. And that's why most beanie babies are worthless -- the only people willing to pay high prices for rare ones are the people who likely own the rest already.
