You can't do a trip to a foreign country for anything less than a week. Just not worth it, ISO.
Out of the two choices though, Scruffy would go with London. He has been to Paris, and it was the areas outside of Paris he liked more.
Never been to London.

We have 4 days in Brussel, 4 Days in Berlin, 3 Days in Milan, and looking at 3 days for either Paris or London. Everything else is booked and paid for already btw

if its just for 3 days, I would just hire a ho with either an English or French accent and hole up in a nice hotel and act like youre wherever. This is especially nice if the missus joins in.
