Bistro Byronz is doing gangbusters with that second location.
Where is it at?

Haven't been to Spotters yet, but something like that was needed for downtown.
What's the concept for this place?

Haven't been to Modern Meals, but the food there looks good.
It's kind-of a strange concept. Fresh, healthy food to go in reheatable containers with directions. Nothing is served hot. I guess it's designed as a place to pick up lunches for work for the week or something. The food looks good.

Second Bistro Byronz is on Perkins Road, past Bluebonnet, in that Willow Grove development. I mean, if we lived in Willow Grove, we would probably go there 2-3 times a week, at least for drinks and apps.
Spotters makes fresh wraps, sandwiches, smoothies, salads, etc. They're right next to the Downtown YMCA. OK, they're similar to Fresh, on second thought. But I think people like those kinds of places.
One of my co-workers gets stuff from Modern Meals all the times. She's got a small child and she probably works 50 hours a week.
