I don't speck fish often, but I actually do go in with that mentality. I have no need to load up on fish. If I red fish every weekend, I usually kept one or two to grill that week for the wife and I. Throw the rest back. I don't get the need to fill gallon ziplock bags in the freezer with fish. If you've got someone to give them to, that's fine. But if I were to do that, it would end up going bad. No reason at all to keep what you don't reasonably expect to eat. I still have a great time. I just love the chance to be fishing.
