To the guy that doesn't think Xabi was one of the better Central Midfielders. Who all would you put ahead of him? He was an amazing passer.
Dude he's never ever been an attacking mid.
He's the quintessential holding mid. Right in the quality of Viera and Pirlo. A true puppet master.

Again how no one else is mentioning Suarez is absurd. He's done it in three leagues and for his national team time and time again.
And yes, Suarez, Robben, Rooney and Bale should all be leaps and bounds above Eden Hazard.
Hazard is in the same category as Rues, James, Gotze etc etc. Potential but no where near proven enough on the biggest stage. Even James ahead of him because of his World Cup performance.
But Ronaldo and Messi are the clear top tier. Arguing over who is better gets cloudy. Both have been relatively shitty at a national level. Well not shitty, just nowhere near the heights they've reached at the club level.

WC/Dortmund Gotze of course.
He does have a Charley Holloway similarity about him doesn't he? Or maybe Anderson.
Is he fat? Is he skinny?

He got fat his first year at Bayern
Must be all that weisbeer and white sausage
He was bitching about not starting vs Dortmund and pep told him to shut up and do his talking on the field.

And Gerrard was the best of the four...
But, that's enough of that. Let's just all agree I'm right and move on. Thanks.

Picking Ronaldo over Messi is like picking a 350 pound diabetic woman over Megan Fox. Or picking quacamole over queso. Or choosing Satan over Jesus Christ, Son of God, Brother of Messi. Thread of the year.

Im not going to get into this but clear arguments can be made why Scholes and Lampard were better players.
Gerrard and Lampard's goal tally is a bit inflated bc they took all the pk's

I agree^^
My top three are Messi, Ronaldo, and Zlatan
You can't deny those three are the best three
But I think Messi is better

I might put Suarez over Zlatan, if only because Suarez doesn't disappear in big games.

I'm a Barca fan and I don't mind Suarez at all, he's great. But Zlatan kills Suarez in my book. Upsetting we can't watch how he'd fare against Barca today

Kills? Why?
Have you seen what he did today? He always absolutely kills it on the big stage.
Zlatan has never done shite on the big stage.
