There's a market for almost all turtles. I know a guy who gets $2-4 or so for medium-large sliders, cooters, map turtles, etc. I think they go to china for meat. He keeps them until he gets a couple hundred and a guy comes and picks them up from him.

Thanks. I knew it wouldn't be much but just wanted to give him some incentive and teach him a little business at the same time.
