A live action Batman series

With the success of Daredevil, I think it has become apparent that a gritty, live action show about Batman could work on Netflix, Amazon, or some other streaming service. I really hope Warner Bros. comes to their senses and starts bringing their big guns to the small screen. You can tell much better stories with the characters on TV then you can on the big screen now.

Well even though it's not actual batman there is Gotham which is the really early prequel to batman

I don't think DC really needs Gotham Batman, Animated Batman, DC Film universe Batman, and whatever Netflix gritty dark Batman all running at the same time.

Batman and superman have been done to death.
Swamp thing would be interesting. Or a villain's point of view, rise of Darkseid of some shite.
Or Thanos since Netflix may be in bed with marvel.

Batman has too much appeal to the big screen to do a TV show. Maybe as an origin story, but Gotham is kind of doing that already. That's why the smaller superheroes are doing well on small screen.
Don't get me wrong, I'd watch the shite out of it, but I don't see any way it happens.

I think Nightwing might be a good candidate for a daredevil type show

This.
There are better characters for something like this. Nightwing for one. Booster Gold for another.

Honestly, if Hellblazer was done on Netflix, it would be great.

I for one am no where near being burnt out on it.
And ive been watching comic cartoons, reading comic books, and watching movies for as long as i can remember and im 27 now. I find them fun and enteraining. Dont like them then dont watch them/ post in a thread about them.
I am very excited to see where this leads with Netflix and taking on some of these smaller heroes. Because DD has been amazing so far.
