What are some good Computer games to buy?

what style games?
best bet is look on steam for sales and check user reviews. south park was about $14 the other day. haven't played it but I heard it's good

Can you self invoke natural disasters?
Cities: Skylines is definitely badass. Bought it the other day and I'm loving it. As far as I know you cannot invoke natural disasters directly, but I did see a reddit post on building a damn around a city, then destroying it to flood the city.
