The runner could have advanced to 2nd anyway because no matter what Stevenson was coming to the plate. The call to send him wouldnt have been questionable if it was close, but stevenson nailed him with "no arm" as you said thus making it a obvious bad call. You dont send him you have bases loaded 1 out. Any mediocre center fielder can make that shallow of a throw. Forgot someone was already on 1st

You dont send him there's a good chance you have a man on 2nd and 3rd with 1 out. Any mediocre center fielder can make that shallow of a throw.
If "not close" is Scivicque tagging him on the back, then you need to get your eyes checked.
