re: Ever called 911?

Was going to meet friends at Nicks bar on Tulane. Parked behind the bar on a side street. When I got out the car dude was right on me and put a gun to my face and said give me everything. Gave him my keys and wallet and walked away. Went to the corner about 200 feet away and watched him in the car but called the cops. As he bumbled around the car I told 911 where I was at. The brake lights kept coming on but he never started the car. I told 911 I didn't think he knew how to start the car (stick shift). A few minutes later he got out of the car and walked away. Cops showed up a few minutes later and found him a few streets away.

Funny thing is, he was a male prostitute who had left the hospital where his gf was having a baby. He went to get a car so he could take his gf and baby home.

He did 6 years from that. He was a third time armed robber
