I still can't believe Notre Dame didn't go 2 for 1 at the end of the UK game, that's 1 small example of how far behind the times college hoops are you rarely see the 2 for 1.

The Pelicans don't 2 for 1, and they're an NBA team.
Is he saying this in the context that college rules need to change on defense?
