I'm on a low carb diet, so those two are all I take right now. Meals are pretty much proteins for breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, etc), salads for lunch with a protein meat from leftovers on top, preworkout on the way to the gym, protein powder blended with peanut butter after the gym, meat for dinner with a side veggie like green beans or asparagus. Fifteen pounds down in March alone, works great for me but I know that it wouldn't for married guys. I burn about 700 - 800 calories in the gym 5x's a week through lifting and jogging.

Ended up at the gym again this evening..

Squatted again.

Finished at 295x5
