Coming from someone who coaches girls, the guys would win.
Not because of size, or strength, skill, or athleticism, but from sheer speed of game difference.

Boys throw passes much quicker than girls, leading to moving the bll much faster. Boys fast twitch muscles are quicker than girls, leading to getting off shots quicker and closing down a shooter quicker, and reacting to passes quicker

This is the real differences boys and girls bball, even in college you see girls throw these passes all the time that any decent high school boy would pick off with ease. The girls, even the elite ones, make those passes because 90% of the people they play against cant react, move, and engage quick enough to stop it, but boys can

Someone post the article of those Tennessee champion teams that used to practice against hs boys teams and rarely kept it within 20
