Calipari is successful because of his awesome recruiting skills. You put 5 McDonald All-Americans on the court and good things happen even if you coach from the locker room. I'm not sure how that translates to the pro level.

That's my big issue with Cal. Recruiting has no CBA.

that's true, but he also handles egos well. And that's important in the NBA.
