Try to jump start it. It it starts it's most likely the battery.

I agree you likely have corrosion on one or both battery cables. It can be inside the wire where its not easily seen as well.
Check the voltage after charging, see if the battery is actually taking a charge or if you have dead cells. Is it a sealed battery or is it servicable? check acid levels if you can and add some distilled water if they are low.
If battery checks out, and it still wont crank its likely the cables. Once its running, check your alternator voltage as well to make sure its working properly.
