I almost did this a few nights ago with some leftover rice. Do you add the rice first and then add the eggs so the rice is a bit buttery or do you stir it in with the eggs after they start to get curds?

I have eaten scrambled eggs with leftover yellow rice, too. It is delicious. It is not as good as scrambled eggs with leftover jambalaya!
