No, you tell the other pilot to take control and you are running to the bathroom, call back to the flight attendant and have them move the cart to block the aisle so no one can rush the open door.
ETA: my knowledge is dated... I am wrong about this. I guess I have not been noticing the FA entering.

Do European airlines have the same rules about a FA going in the cabin if a pilot comes out?
