The City will be out ZERO dollars, If you think they are building this course without the numbers to back this up, think again. This will be NOTHING like what was/is there now. They've hired one of the TOP course architects in the WORLD. This will make money for the park and the city.

Exactly. The park needs the revenue, just the rounds from conventioneers will be pretty staggering. Add in locals who aren't members of clubs and I really see no chance of this being a risk in the long term for any entity.
