Have you seen any projections on how many rounds are forecasted to be played annually and what the green fees might be? I imagine there'll also be some food and beverage revenue and cart rental income.

Accurate or not, somebody had to put together a cash flow projection justifying the new construction. They're not building this thing to lose money.

I'm just pointing out a golf course is a high risk high reward venture. I think getting some big tournaments at the course will be crucial to it being an overwhelming success. I'm not necessarily anti-golf course, just not sure that there isn't something they could have built that's more profitable.
