I spent a lot of time in Houma... The question posed was " Should I live in Houma or Thibodaux" not which one has a f-ing Twin Peaks ( Trash) or a Southland "Hall" ( Trash )

Name me one benefit of living in Thibodaux as opposed to Houma.

Down the bayou? You mean like places closer to Houma? Or Pierre Part which is the only place I can think of that is closer to Thibodaux which would be up the bayou?

You speak of Thibodaux as if it is the mecca of class. Thibodaux is Houma with out all the great features that make Houma >>>> Thibodaux.

I always likened Thibodaux/Houma to the Canada/USA .

Canada is a lot like the US and people will make arguments that it's actually nicer, but when it comes down to it, only people from Canada actually want to live there. You aren't seeing people knocking down the doors to leave the US to move to Canada. Same thing with Houma-Thib. Thibodaux is Houma's hat.

ETA: Also, The Intercoastal is like the Rio Grande and everything on the other side is kind of like dirty Mexico.

You are obviously and idiot...great features? Sit back and take a deep breath "uptown Nola" your wrong on this one. Thibodaux is miles ahead of Houma when it comes to "class"
