I did something very similar to this a few years back.
Did all the labor myself.
20X20 slab poured and stained
3' brick wall down one side
Counter with sink and BGE hole down the other side
Undercounter storage with a treated wood cabinet door
Tile countertop with brick facing on the back and side
Front of counter was the faux stucco board painted
Small lamp post mounted into one corner of the slab
Materials cost was just over $4k and this was pulling water for sink from outside spigot (no hot water) and digging a french drain (no plumbing into sewer system). shite ain't cheap.
