I've always based my marathon training off Hal Higdon's programs

Do you have any hills or large number of stairs close by? Finish your sprint runs with a hill climb. Jog down slowly and repeat.

Hal Higdon is a great one. You can also check out Jeff Galloway. Runners World also has some great training programs.
