I thought my favorite was the Black IPA from the Brasseur's tent, but I found out later that it might've been mislabeled. I might've drinking a vanilla stout, but it was delicious.
Lol wow

The LA Homebrew beers were excellent. Chico has done an excellent job representing Baton Rouge home brewing. Ever since he opened his store things have just gotten better.
BCBS was totally unexpected and I really enjoyed it.

I have to agree about the LA Homebrew tent. There were good beers all over, but LA Homebrew had the highest concentration of great brews imo. Some that really stood out to me were the gose, the sour, the oatmeal stout, the red, the Hop Juice DIPA, and the citra ipa which had me thinking I'd seen a Ghost!

Putting the LA Homebrew tent next to the canoe was strategic, but devastating. Other than the two huge pours of BCBS, I never left that little corner except for somehow drunkenly having the foresight to fill up and duck into the small building during the downpour. I definitely pregamed too hard, in fact, the rain temporarily halting my assault on the taps is the only thing that allowed me to leave under my own power. I really have to slow down on my day drinking with Jones.

I didn't really prefer that sweet taste.

I know two people who would appreciate y'all doing that.

I liked S14's Gose better than La Homebrew. LA Homebrew's gose was too tart for me.

I've tried, i just can't get into sours. The only ones i like, are the ones that have a slight hint of tartness, such as Cantillon Classic Gueze.
I had this Almanac Valley of the Heart's Delight a couple weeks ago and it was good, but a little too tart to finish the whole thing.

Unfortunately, I've gotten to the point where I like them so tart that I have a hard time picking up the tartness in beers that only have a hint of it.
