Gay people only make up like 4-5% of the population. Everyone else just pretends to accept gay lifestyle to appear progressive but in a voting booth in private they wouldn't have to do that. No way one would ever win.

It would be weird for sure. I like to think I'd be cool if an Anderson Cooper type moved in the White House, but it wouldn't look very good for America to the conservative countries if we had a gay pres.

Yea, I'm sure you know tons of people in your small town pretending to be gay so they can be hip and cutting edge.

Just like everyone pretends to not like black people and in a voting booth they wouldn't vote for a black presidential candidate?
