It bothers me that it originated in Alabama but damn that's some good stuff, especially with BBQ chicken.

I started making it once I had it for the first time at McClure's
4 cups mayonnaise
2½ cups cider vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. kosher salt (heaping)
2 tbsp. black pepper (heaping)
1½ tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation:
In a large bowl, add the cider vinegar to the mayonnaise, followed by the Worcestershire and the spices. Stir to incorporate. Pour into a squirt bottle.

Why? You must get bothered easily.
FWIW, Saw's in Birminghams' white sauce is the tits. Jim n Nicks is good as well.
My favorite is smoked chicken with the red and white sauce mixed in together. Especially with the chicken skin.

I need to try this with some chicken. Sounds good!

Sub white pepper for the black pepper (or mix 50/50) and you've got a winner. Never added Worcestershire to mine however. Ms Myra's here in Bham makes the best bbq chicken and white sauce. Period.
