My wife who's a teacher says the kids can opt out of taking the parcc test.

The only people freaking out are adults. Kids have been taking assessment tests forever. I took them and I'm 43. Some jackass politicized it and now they think Obama is trying to program their kid. It's a fricking test they're not showing them porn.
