I think this is all hogwash bullshite.... I'm no environmental scientist, but there are plenty of glaciers, snow and ice holding TONS of water up north.
If we can build a 2 1/2 foot pipe from Alberta Canada to Houston/Port Arthur like it isn't shite (given the EnviroNazis get out the way) I don't see why we couldn't just build one double or triple the size to deliver water to the major metros like L.A., Vegas, Bay Area, etc. ???

Seriously, from what source? As soon as you send a pipeline to California, you better send a tap to Arizona and Texas too.
