Congrats to the team and coaches. Great job by Coach Caldwell particularly by maintaining team discipline even if it meant suspending our best player. There are some very good players in Louisiana next year. If we get them the program could return to the level it was at not long ago.

3rd idiot. Some people just can't be happy for an LSU team no matter what.

Sunshine pumpers probably don't even keep with WBB. I agree with you. Her recruiting is the worst I have seen from a WBB at LSU in my lifetime
So what are you like....................18 years old?
I've definitely seen worse.
Congrats to the Lady Tigers. Now it's time to take care of business!

I saw that, but also saw that they match with Baylor as a possible round 2. No thanks.
The ESPN Bracketologist had us in the spot where Arkansas ended up. I was hoping all along that we would be 11 instead of 10 for the very reason of avoiding Baylor in Waco.

I think your comment is sarcastically, but it wasn't too long ago we were in 5 consecutive Final Fours. We are currently an 11 seed, one of the last 4 in.
WOW! Just WOW! Wasn't too long ago huh? When might that have been? Now we are complaining about making the tourney?
The bar some of you have set for Coach Caldwell is ridiculous. There were some who claimed she wouldn't win an SEC game. A masterful coaching job and what does she get, complaints about how she got her team in the tournament, which many on here claimed would never happen. She has made and advanced in the tourney each year, yet there are those who want her fired. ! There is something amiss in that scenario. Some hidden agendas.

Some of you frickers are just blind sunshine Pumpers that will celebrate over any little success. Sorry but as an avid women's basketball fan, GFY

NC is definitely not getting paid 700K a year for 17-13 records and 11 seeds.
If Alleva has determined expectations have been lowered for wbb, then fine. But we could do the same for less than half that salary.
If she was brought in to maintain the Tigers as one of the top wbb programs in the country and to recruit to that end, then let's be real. It's been four years and she's not getting the job done--definitely not, for that salary.

You do know that is her worse record here right? So you want to judge her on her worst record, where she still made the NCAA Tourney? Her first four years at LSU compares favorably to the two best coaches in women's basketball, Pat Summit and Geno Auriemma. Her post season record is better than Kim Mul;key's at Baylor after 4 years. In fact Caldwell's first four years record is better than Geno's. Would these nut jobs be calling for his firing after as successful 4 year run? I doubt it. Why this elevated standard for Nikki Caldwell?

Lockdown LMAO she has 0 players from Louisiana right now. Next year she will only have 1 lol. Also Van couldn't even make the NCAA's with his own players. Give Nikki time to build a program of her players. She made the NCAA's only 64.5 coaches can say that. Oh the .5 comes from Northwestern St they have Co head coaches.

It's called supporting the team. The goal each season is to make the tourney and they have done that. You sad frickers were saying that the team wouldn't accomplish that a couple of months ago. "The blind sunshine pumpers" don't deny that recruiting could be better but no need to shite on the team no matter what they do.
