1k really isnt sacred anymore, imo. Im not saying he's bad, but i dont think you trade a young safety for him, especially after you just dealt Stills away. They could have kept Stills, and got Vaccaro for prob the same pick. If he is truly on the block.

stills best year wasnt better than cruz's worst year (when healthy). cruz would be an upgrade over stills.

I agree its worse this year but we are in win now mode and have been and will be for the next couple of years.

We are not building a new team. We are not building to win 3-5 years from now. We are trying desperately to win again with Brees. Being cautious and very prudent doesn't get us back to the Super Bowl at this point. Whats so hard to understand.
Your not a guru on this. Everyone and his stray cat knows we are in a win now mode and that changes what CSP and Loomis are doing.
I will say if all this doesn't show a good result next year CSP his staff and Loomis are all on a very hot seat as they should be.
